Pneumatic turntable ST-4

Our long experience in manufacturing pneumatic lifting tables and close cooperation with the Polish largest manufacturer of upholstered furniture allowed us to create the perfect table for gluing furniture.
The Pneumatic turntable ST-4 is designed for gluing, assembly, packaging furniture and its components.
The whole construction is made of a closed steel profiles ensuring proper durability and stiffness. Steel powder coating adds an elegant look of the whole construction. Pneumatic table for mattresses PDM-1

Pneumatic table for mattresses is designed for furniture industry. It can be used in manufacturing of the big pieces of upholstered furniture with spring mattresses or upholstery foam. It greatly facilitates the production of such vast furniture; it provides even compression of springs or foam rubber to the desired thickness over the entire surface.
Upholstering of a cloth is carried out by its pre-stretching it on a mattress, it gives a good effect - upholstery cloth has smooth surface with no visible wrinkles.
Also, there is a significant time saving, because the whole operation can be done by one person, the press continues to hold elements of the furniture in the same position in which it was placed under the press for the upholstery and provides easy access to the entire back side of the furniture piece, without the need to rotate it.
The power supply of pneumatic press is compressed air, so you can use your existing network of the compressed air in your production shop. Using pneumatic actuator with trapezoidal screw and a hand wheel allow you to accurately adjust the desired compression force to the mattress. Pressing force is indicated on the operating pressure regulator, mounted on the body of the press.

Automatic end cutter OT-1/A

The automatic end cutter OT-1/A is used in plants or wholesale outlets for cutting textile materials. It quickly and accurately cuts a segment of fabric to the required length. Therefore, it can be installed as an additional device for the cutting table, rewinding machine, or the textile inspection machine. On these machines can be installed the cutting length counter and the counter of cut sections.
Working principle:
The work cycle on the end cutter OT-1/A is automatic (While cutting, the material knife moves in the guide way independently). At client’s request, REXEL will produce an end cutter the necessary length (e.g. for a non-standard width of cutting table).

Manual end cutter OT-1/R

The manual end cutter OT-1/R is the device, which is used in plants or wholesale outlets for cutting textile materials. Its task is quick and accurate cutting required length of the of fabric piece.
Therefore, it can be installed as an additional device for the cutting table, rewinding machine, or the textile inspection machine. On these machines can be installed the cutting length counter and the counter of cut sections.
Working principle:
The work cycle on the end cutter OT-1/R is manual. At client’s request, will produce an end cutter the necessary length (e.g. for non-standard width of the cutting table).

Device for cutting hard materials UK-1

The OT-3 cutting device is intended for cutting felt, rigid, hard materials, various types of carpets, insulation, nonwovens, coconut mats.
Maximum cutting width: 2500 mm.
Included in the device includes:
- cross cut-off knife (slotted)
- pneumatic clamping bar.
Additional options:
- cutting table;
- feeder material.
A transverse cut-off knife is attached to the worktop. It has a crane structure, i.e. on a profiled rail above the worktop a trolley with a drive motor and a cutting blade moves in a bearing. Edge the cutter is recessed approx. 5-7 mm into the slot in the cutting table and moves it in it across the table. The cutting knife is moved against the rail thanks to the gear assembly and flexible guide cable. Source torque is the same motor that drives the cutting blade.

Cutting table SK-3

SK-3 cutting table is basic cutting room equipment in tailors’ and upholsterers’ shops. The modern and revamped construction was presented for the first time at the "INTERMASZ" fare, March 2008.
The whole construction is made of closed steel profiles ensuring proper durability and stiffness. The work-top made of 25 mm chipboard with edges covered with aluminum angles that guarantee durability. Steel powder coating adds the elegant look of the whole construction. The SK-3 cutting table consists of modules and can be quickly and easily extended at any time. You can also adjust the table height (to some extent) and level it using adjusting screws.
